Let’s assume that you as a reader, have a wide range of dream experience, and that we want to include beginners who have dreams but are still figuring out what their experiences in the dream state might indicate; or that you have faithfully recorded your dreams for a number years. Just because a dream is fragmented and chaotic does not imply the dream is meaningless. My friend Gary had a dream wherein, among other events, he found a nest of worms under his pillow. For several weeks he had nightmares, and finally discovered faulty construction in the corner of his bedroom that was creating serious health hazards. Whenever I have had a feeling in a dream of watching a movie as though under water, someone in my family, or someone close to me, has died.
Nothing about your dreams should be discounted as trivial. Working through, all segments of a dream can provide invaluable information for you. Remember that you are entering a world that was as real to our ancestors than the waking world. You may be receiving information about your Destiny, your life’s purpose, or that can be of help to you at a crucial point in your life. You may be encountering spirit beings who are available to guide you and provide knowledge and wisdom.
Take note of the fragment, and bring it to the surface, telling us anything else you recall about the dream, what was going on with you at the time; any other piece of information that will shine further meaning when looked at in the light of day.
Over the thirty years of journaling my dreams, I have found that places I visit, people I meet are often Spirit Beings communicating with me, parts of myself that need my attention, or even, that I may be seeing the future which will be revealed to me later.
